The hotel staff was incredible, always kind and helpful. They gave me good advice on where to go in the area and helped me plan my activities for the weekend. The location was great, really easy to reach all the main attractions in the city. The room was clean and comfortable, and I had everything I needed for my stay.

My Visa card didn't work, and I had to use my Union Pay card which wasn't ideal. , the soundproofing in the hotel wasn't great, and I could hear everything going on in the room next door.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was great, with plenty of amenities nearby. The service was top-notch, and we particularly appreciated the wake-up service that ensured we never missed a beat. The room was spacious and comfortable, with ironing facilities and a sitting area. The dining table was a nice touch, allowing us to enjoy meals in the comfort of our room. The free toiletries and electric kettle were also much appreciated. And of course, the flat-screen TV and carpeted floors added a touch of luxury to our stay.

The hotel is located in a good area with easy access to the surrounding attractions. The staff was exceptionally friendly and created a warm welcome for me and my friends. Despite the small size of the room and the outdated bathroom, our stay was pleasant due to the cleanliness and the comfortable bed. The breakfast buffet offered plenty of options and satisfied our different preferences.

The soundproofing in the rooms needs improvement as it was possible to hear conversations from the neighboring room.
